About this event

AACC encourages ATE Conference participants to arrange congressional visits on October 20, 2026, before the October 21–23 conference. Its government-relations information session explains scheduling and communicating NSF ATE project impacts. This is an optional self-scheduled visit opportunity, not a centrally booked delegation or confirmed set of appointments. The official guidance also allows October 23 visits after the conference ends at noon; that alternative does not make October 20–23 a continuous lobbying event.
