Summary
School Guardian Act of 2025 This bill requires the Department of Justice (DOJ) to make grants for states to assign armed law enforcement officers to provide security at elementary and secondary schools. The bill also requires specified unobligated Internal Revenue Service funds to be transferred to DOJ to implement this bill.
